Link BC’s goal is to strengthen British Columbia’s competitive edge as a tourism destination by connecting faculty, students, and graduates of the BC Tourism Learning System to the industry and communities online. The Link BC team was already very active on social media platforms, and desperately needed a website to back up their initiative. Their new website allows administrators to add and edit schools and programs related to their industry, keep users updated with news & events, upload videos, hold contests, and many other custom functions that bring the site together. Link BC’s new capabilities was exactly what they needed to become the ultimate resource for both students and industry leaders within the hospitality and tourism field.
